Please Note :
Any accessories used in the picture is not included its purely there to show how the outfit could be worn or a decorative object. My intention is always to be honest and open. Vintage is Vintage and Antique clothing is well Antique :) and I would say anything before 30s should be treated with care and worn with care. Mostly these items will be fragile especially 20s silk or Edwardian very fine Muslin. These items can not handle stress and will tear easily. Should be bought a size bigger where possible or should be a little loose on.
Vintage or antique. No matter how new it is, it will always have an element of oldness ! It will not look brand new modern clothing from the shops. There may also be minor flaws. I always try to list the flaws but some may get missed for example if the dress is just lace alone it’s easy to miss the odd break. Or miss tiny pin hole that can only be seen when worn or held up to light !
Note to consider when buying Edwardian or victorian blouse or dress:
*The sleeves may not be long to the wrist but more of a 3/4 length
*Some may fall longer in the body or more of a crop style!
*Buttons also may vary in shape and size on the same blouse, these blouses are old and would have lost buttons along the way therefore is common to see.
*The blouse may look big and loose but the shoulders or opening of the arm will be small.
*If an item is marked Xs but looks loose and big! it really is XS on the upper body shoulder opening of the arm.
Shipping :
All UK postage will go tracked signed for first class under 2 kilos or parcel force over 2 kilos.
All overseas postage will go tracked and signed. Customers are responsible for their duty and customs within their country
I seem to get a lot of parcels returned from Europe unclaimed since brexit. I can not be held responsible once the item leaves my possession as I have no control over the U.K. post or the postal service of your country. Please please constantly check your parcels progress with the tracking provided. You may not be home and they may not leave a card ! And by the time you check where your parcel is ! It’s too late ! Its returned back to me which can take upto 90days or they have somehow lost the package! I do not want to stop selling to Europe as I feel that’s unfair to vintage lovers. Please let’s share the responsibility of keeping your eyes pealed on the progress of your purchase .
Thank you :)
